User Research for B&Q
B&Q was under Kingfisher company, kingfisher IT was developing and maintaining a lot of digital applications for the business, which included
1. Colleagues application on a handheld device which was used by colleagues to do their day to day activities, like quickly finding the prices, location and quantity of product /items in the stores,
2. The EPOS payment system for customer payment in store,
3. CRM application for colleagues at call center and many more.
With so many applications developed for store colleagues there was never research done to understand the colleagues needs from HCI point of view.








User Journey Maps and User Flows
One of part of research was doing contextual study, where we had studied the as is way of working of colleagues in stores and for desktop application for major features to find out how they are using the features in the application and the out put of this particular study was Personas, user Journey Maps, User flows.
