Rewards and Recognition
Rewards and Recognition web application was created for the Managers, HR and Unit management team, this web application was to make Rewards and Recognition process easy for the HR and Managers to nominate employees for Rewards and Recognition and execute the programs.
The legacy process was done with email and excel files, where it was time consuming and error prone. with the new application manager would get a GUI to enter and nominate the nominee details, the nomination could be for Individual as well as for group.

This application was designed for web, where the awards open for nomination were shown on the home page for managers, mainly cards were used to show the open category, where users can click and open the details of the awards to nominate the employee from their team. Here users could also nominate the team and individual performers. the primary users of this application were HR partners and Delivery Unit Managers/Management team
