Invoicing Web Application for PFM

This web application was designed for a Telecommunication company where the project finance manager could create the Invoice for the projects, it was a UI where user could enter the material and quantity and required document and send it for approval to their manager, the legacy process was done manually with an email to and fro and was time-consuming and led to error in Invoices.

My role was to understand the business process by connecting to the project Business analyst and stakeholders, also to do user research by connecting with actual users to understand the as-is way of working and their pain points, To create Interaction design for web application. User interviews were conducted on Microsoft teams.
