HR Partner Web Application
This was a project for a major Telecom giant company from Sweden, In case of Appraisals, Promotions, or changes in the compensation of employees, the HR partner had to handle these changes manually by using excel files, this was a very cumbersome and repetitive task which also tend to take a lot of time and prone to mistakes,
The project was to do automation by using online web tool which will help to create excel file with applying various rules on the raw data file, my role was to understand the business process and paint points of the user, ideate and come up with wireframes for data massaging application. Where I had created interactive hi fidelity mockups.

The Hi-Fi wireframes were designed in Adobe XD for the web, the screen size consider here was 1366 wide X 768 height, a wizard was used to let the user know the sequential steps involved the details of each step in the wizard were explained in detail and highlighted where ever necessary. the UI component used was as per the design System of the provided.
