For this major Home Improvement store, B&Q and other stores under kingfisher Plc, the problem was that the colleague in the store who were is told that they should keep the selling location empty and should immediately fill it, but the colleagues in doing so were picking up products from the areas where they should not have been picking and this was not align with business process also.
